Our approach
YOLO JAPAN treats personal information obtained through its services and employment as important information. We protect it as a social responsibility and handle it under the following policy.

1. Collection, use, and provision
We collect personal information lawfully and fairly, use it only as needed for stated purposes, obtain consent before third-party provision, and take measures against use beyond those purposes.
2. Laws and standards
We monitor and comply with applicable laws, government guidelines, and other standards, and communicate them to employees.
3. Security management
We maintain safeguards against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and damage, correct issues promptly, and train employees.
4. Complaints and consultation
We maintain a contact point and respond promptly and sincerely.
5. Continuous improvement
We review and improve our personal information protection management system in line with applicable laws and JIS Q 15001.
Handling of personal information
1. Purposes of use
We use personal information to:
- operate services and communicate with users
- share necessary application or service information with participating businesses
- provide job placement and related partner services
- work with domestic and overseas partners
- answer inquiries
- maintain and improve services
- develop new services
- provide service, event, and advertising information
- prevent and respond to fraud
- manage employment and operations
- conduct necessary research, analysis, and marketing
- make the third-party provisions described below
2. Provision to third parties
- Participating companies, schools, organizations, recruitment businesses, and HR representatives where necessary for the service
- Advertising providers contracted for marketing, delivery, measurement, and improvement
3. Voluntary provision
Providing personal information is voluntary. However, required services may not be available if necessary fields are not provided.
4. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension, or cessation of third-party provision
Please send the designated request form and identity documents by a trackable postal method. Identity verification may be performed by phone or supporting documents. A fee of ¥1,000 applies to disclosure and purpose-of-use notification requests. Responses are sent in writing to the requester's address.
